Edge Roofing LLC – Roof and Gutter Giveaway

Legal bases for participation in the promotion

 

1. Organizer

The organization and management of the draw is the responsibility of Edge Roofing LLC, with an address at 1203 S Chestatee, Dahlonega, GA 30533, and fiscal identification number 47-5565369.

 

2. Participants

The draw is open to all persons of legal age who meet the requirements specified in the draw publication on https://roofsbyedge.com/free-roof. The organizer’s employees and their relatives may not participate in the draw.

Must be a resident of the State of Georgia.

 

3. Draw Mechanics

To be eligible for the giveaway the following criteria must be met:

One entry per person. The giveaway covers up to 3,000 square feet(30 squares) of roofing. And up to 500 linear feet of gutters and downspouts(depending on the perimeter of the free roof). If your roof is larger than 3,000 sq ft (30 sq), you’ll have to finance or pay cash for the difference to replace the whole roof and gutters(which is a huge saving that you wouldn’t want to miss!).

  • Must be 18 years old or older to enter.
  • State of Georgia residents only.
  • Asphalt shingle roofs only, metal or other material roofs do not qualify.
  • Hybrid roofs with both asphalt and metal(or other material) can only qualify for the asphalt shingled sections.

For example: if your roof is 5,000 sq ft and you win the giveaway, you’ll need to pay for the remaining 2,000 sq ft of roofing.

Odds of winning are based on the individual customer’s entries, out of the collective of all customer entries submitted to the giveaway.

Additional Entries
By sharing this roof giveaway additional entries can be earned. Make sure to provide your full name and address to those you share with and they must fill out the “share” section of the form with your info.

The referral must correctly fill out the form and complete a roof inspection; then you will gain the extra entry. This can be shared with as many people as you like, but everyone can only enter once.

Edge Clients, Earn More Entries
Two additional entries can be added for current or past clients who leave a new review for Edge Roofing.

  • One additional entry for leaving us a new Facebook Recommendation.
  • One additional entry for leaving us a 5-star review on our Google Review page.

If a review was already left in the past by a client, the client can email us here with the name of your profile and a copy of the review. We will confirm if it is legitimate and count it as an extra.

Nominate a Roof
You can nominate a roof that is not yours. Roof of a family member, a friend, or a military veteran. You must fill out the “nominee” section in the form below with their name, contact info, and address. We will need at least their name and phone number, and then we will reach out to the nominee to get permission to inspect their roof.


4. Participation Period

The participation period for the draw begins on (no beginning start date) and ends on 12/27/24. Entries received after the end date will not be considered for the draw.

 

5. Prize

The prize of the draw will consist of:

  • 3 Boards of OSB for decking replacement.
  • Felt Underlayment as needed to cover up to 3,000 square feet.
  • Ice and Water Shield as needed.
  • Drip edge as needed
  • Starter Shingles as needed.
  • Architectural asphalt shingles up to 3,000 square feet(30 squares).
  • Ridge Vent and Ridge Shingles as needed for the newly installed roof.
  • Up to 500 linear feet of gutters in order to cover the area of the new free roof installed, can not be extended or added to additional buildings.

The prize is personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for its cash value.

 

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen randomly by the organizer from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be contacted by their phone number provided and by the email they provided. The winner will be announced between 1/6/25 to 1/31/25 through the corresponding social networks.

 

7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery

The winner may contact the company within 30 days from the date that Edge Roofing contacted the winner, to inform them that they won to set up an appointment to plan out the new roof install. If such contact is not made within the stipulated period, the draw will be declared without a winner or another winner will be assigned, depending on preference.

 

8. Treatment of Personal Data

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer following the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. We also adhere to our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw

The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants’ rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

 

10. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm, or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

 

11. Acceptance of the legal terms

Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements outlined in these legal terms will result in the participant’s exclusion from the draw.
