Edge Roofing LLC – Roof and Gutter Giveaway

Legal bases for participation in the promotion

 

1. Organizer

The organization and management of the draw is the responsibility of Edge Roofing LLC, with an address at 1203 S Chestatee, Dahlonega, GA 30533, and fiscal identification number 47-5565369.

 

2. Participants

The giveaway is open to all individuals of legal age who meet the eligibility requirements listed on roofsbyedge.com/free-roof. Participants must be residents of the State of Georgia.

Employees of Edge Roofing, its subcontractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this giveaway.

 

3. Draw Mechanics

To be eligible for the giveaway, participants must meet the following requirements:

  • One entry per person

  • A free roof inspection is required for entry to be considered valid

  • The giveaway covers up to 3,000 square feet (30 squares) of roofing.

    • If your roof is larger than 3,000 sq ft (30 squares), you may finance or pay for the remaining portion — still a huge savings opportunity!

    • Example: If your roof is 5,000 sq ft and you win, you’ll only need to cover the extra 2,000 sq ft.

  • Must be 18 years of age or older to enter

  • Open to Georgia residents only

  • Asphalt shingle roofs only — metal or other roofing materials do not qualify

  • Hybrid roofs (asphalt + metal/other materials) qualify only for the asphalt-shingled sections

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

Social Media:
By liking the giveaway post on Facebook and Instagram and tagging at least 1 friend in the comments, you can earn 1 additional entry. For every name you tag in the comments of the giveaway post, you will get an extra entry.

Share the Giveaway:
Spread the word by sharing roofsbyedge.com/free-roof! When someone enters the form and includes your name and phone number, they’ll be entered into the giveaway after completing a roof inspection — and you’ll earn an extra entry too! You can share with as many people as you’d like, but remember, each person can only enter once.

Nominate Another Person:
For every nominee you provide, and that nominee completes a free roof inspection, you and the nominee will earn an entry. The nominee must correctly complete a roof inspection, or the extra entry will be voided. Fill out the green form here roofsbyedge.com/free-roof

Edge Clients, Earn More Entries
Two additional entries can be added for current or past clients who leave a new review for Edge Roofing.

  • One additional entry for leaving us a new Facebook Recommendation.
  • One additional entry for leaving us a 5-star review on our Google Review page.

If a review was already left in the past by a client, the client can email us here with the name of your profile and a copy of the review. We will confirm if it is legitimate and count it as an extra.

Nominate a Roof
Know someone who needs a new roof? You can nominate a family member, friend, or military veteran to be entered into the giveaway! Just fill out the “Nominee” form with their name, contact info, and address. Then we’ll reach out to them directly to ask permission to inspect their roof.


4. Participation Period

The participation period for the draw begins on 10/24/25 and ends on 12/26/25. Entries received after the end date will not be considered for the draw.

 

5. Prize

The prize of the draw will consist of:

  • 3 Boards of OSB for decking replacement.
  • Felt Underlayment as needed to cover up to 3,000 square feet.
  • Ice and Water Shield as needed.
  • Drip edge as needed
  • Starter Shingles as needed.
  • Architectural asphalt shingles up to 3,000 square feet(30 squares).
  • Ridge Vent and Ridge Shingles as needed for the newly installed roof.

The prize is personal but can be transferable if the requirements can be met.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash value.


6. Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen randomly by the organizer from all participants who have met the draw requirements. The winner will be contacted by their phone number and by the email they provided. The winner will be announced in the month of January 2026 through Edge Roofing’s corresponding social networks.

 

7. Communication with the Winner and Prize Delivery

Once notified, the winner has 30 days to contact Edge Roofing and schedule their roof installation planning appointment. If we don’t receive a response within that time, the prize will be considered unclaimed, and another winner may be chosen.

 

8. Treatment of Personal Data

The personal data provided by the participants will be processed by the organizer following the provisions of the applicable regulations on the protection of personal data. We also adhere to our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Modifications and Cancellation of the Draw

The organizer reserves the right to make modifications to these legal terms at any time, provided that they do not harm the participants’ rights. Likewise, the organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the draw in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances that make it necessary.

 

10. Liability

The organizer is not responsible for any possible damages, harm, or injuries that participants may suffer during the development of the draw or as a consequence of their participation in it. Likewise, the organizer is not responsible for the improper or fraudulent use of the prizes by the winners.

 

11. Acceptance of the legal terms

Participation in the draw implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms. Failure to comply with any of the rules or requirements outlined in these legal terms will result in the participant’s exclusion from the draw.
